Clients Requirement: This small Brick veneer dwelling was converted into a large comfortable home with 4 Bedrooms, 3 of which have B.I.R and the Master Bedroom has a W.I.R and En- Suite. The brief included a Bathroom and Laundry remodel, construction of a large Family Room with Kitchen remodel, Portico to front elevation, Alfresco and 3 car garage. All new exterior linings and the exsisting house were rendered.

Clients Requirement: Remodel the existing ground floor bathroom, family room and kitchen, build a second story consisting of 3 bedrooms with built in robes and main bathroom, maintain and extend the existing house roof line creating a Cape Cod window appearance to front and rear.
